The IWC (International Women's Club) is a non-profit organization dedicated to welcoming women from other countries and states to the Brandywine Valley area. We offer the opportunity for friendship, social activity as well as educational and cultural enrichment. Women of all nationalities and walks of life are welcome to join us.

The IWC meets every Wednesday and Thursday morning between September and May from 9:00am to 12 noon at St Joseph on the Brandywine's Family Center. Other activities are also scheduled throughout the week but meet elsewhere.

Lecture Series Women and Art will be presented by Art & Appraisal Consultant, Colleen Boyle, with her colleagues Anita Heriot and Kate Molets. The lecture series will focus on American women's involvement in the arts from 1870 - 1940's. It is a very interesting time period for American women particularly related to the arts. We will learn how other cultures have influenced American women in the world of Art and vice versa.

Friday May 4th -- "Deals and Steals: Understanding the Art and Antique Market" given by Colleen Boyle, Art & Appraisal Consultant for Pall Mall Art Advisors in Philadelphia.
